Objectives:
Students will
1. Complete Teacher's Domain online self paced lesson, American Stories: Teen and Immigration
2. Choose one of the three topics supplied by PBS and create and essay using at least 3 vocabulary words.
3. Organize their data using at least three supporting details from the online lesson.
4. Type, save, and print each essay.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of Latin American countries by completing online mapping games.

2. Choose one of the Central American or South American countries to read about. Look at the
links on the left side of your screen, especially "Day in the Life".
3. You may use one of these countries for your extra credit project.
